I am practicing surgeon and has been on treatment for Depression, since 2001, one of my colleague ,My Psychiatrist , has been looking after me, I was on Nexito 5 mg, and had discussion, about weaning of from medicine, as I was always feeling, as if I m under the influence of sedating drugs. He recommended me to see psychologist, Mrs. Yuthika Kapoor, few months back, which I did. I had few offline sessions and then online sessions, about once a week. I found Mrs. Yuthika very caring, who went through my history carefully and then, recommended, stepwise, how should I handle, my day to day activities, she has helped me tremendously to now have normal life, I am enjoying my work, and am lot happier with her support.
